Accept TDOT grant extension for electric buses

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept an extension of a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) in the amount of $798,001.00 to Knoxville Area Transit from Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) grant funds, with a City match of up to $798,001.00 for the replacement and expansion of fixed route electric buses and charging equipment. (Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
