Amend TDOT grant for electric bus charging infrastructure extension

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to amend a grant agreement from the Tennessee Department of Transportation related to fiscal year 2021/2022 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Grant Funds to extend the term of the agreement from September, 2025 to September, 2027 for Electric Bus Overhead In-Route Charging Infrastructure. (Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
