A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Federal Transit Administration and the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $6,967,640.00 to Knoxville Area Transit for Formula Urbanized Area Transit Grant Assistance (Section 5307) for Fiscal Year 2024, with a City match of $870,955.00.
