A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $110,673.00 in Community Development Block Grant and Homeless General Funds for the provision of Emergency Shelter/Services to approximately 175 individuals through its Dental Clinic and Resource Center.
