A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to consent to the Assignment of CITM, LLC’s rights, title and interest in the premises and the leases for the property located at 956 Volunteer Landing Lane, CLT #095JB014.05, to TS-Grove PT Marinas, VLM, LLC, subject to final approval by the Tennessee Valley Authority.
