Close unnamed alley within City Block 19523 and execute quitclaim deeds

An Ordinance to close an unnamed alley lying within City Block 19523 near Mynderse Avenue, bounded by a railroad line and otherwise surrounded by a single parcel of land, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close unnamed alley within City Block 19523 and execute quitclaim deeds” by a vote of 7–0.

Unanimous Adopted 7-0-0-2
