An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B, Zoning Code, Article 12, Landscape, to provide landscape quality assurance, promote orderly development, preserve existing vegetation and further codify the Tree Protection Ordinance, City of Knoxville, Applicant.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Zoning Code Article 12 (Landscape) and Tree Protection Ordinance” by a vote of 7–0.
