Amend Northwest City Sector Plan for properties on W. Inskip Drive

An Ordinance approving the request of Savannah Reyes-Dixon for an amendment to the Northwest City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for four properties located at 0, 308, 314, and 0 W. Inskip Drive, leaving all special purpose land use classifications unchanged.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Northwest City Sector Plan for properties on W. Inskip Drive” by a vote of 7–0.

Unanimous Adopted 7-0-0-2
