Approve One Year Plan Amendment for W. Inskip Drive properties

An Ordinance approving the request of Savannah Reyes-Dixon for a One Year Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for four properties located at 0, 308, 314, and 0 W. Inskip Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve One Year Plan Amendment for W. Inskip Drive properties” by a vote of 7–0.
