Amend Central City Sector Plan for 1108 Beaumont Ave

An Ordinance approving the request of Andrew Osakue for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Traditional Neighborhood Residential to Neighborhood Commercial for property located at 1108 Beaumont Avenue.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Central City Sector Plan for 1108 Beaumont Ave” by a vote of 7–0.

Unanimous Adopted 7-0-0-2
