An Ordinance approving the request of Andrew Osakue for a One Year Plan Amendment from Traditional Neighborhood Residential to Neighborhood Commercial for property located at 1108 Beaumont Avenue.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve One Year Plan Amendment for 1108 Beaumont Ave” by a vote of 7–0.
