Postpone ordinance amending Central City Sector Plan for 118 Twentieth Street

An Ordinance approving the request of Heyoh Architecture for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use-Special District 17-Fort Sanders Neighborhood to Mixed Use-Special District 16-Fort Sanders Neighborhood for property located at 118 Twentieth Street.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council deferred “Postpone ordinance amending Central City Sector Plan for 118 Twentieth Street” to a later meeting.
