Add H (Historic Overlay) zoning to 2515 N. Central Street

An Ordinance to add the H (Historic Overlay) district zoning classification to property located at 2515 N. Central Street and to adopt the proposed design guidelines for the property, leaving the base zoning classification unchanged, Patricia Craig, Applicant.

On August 5, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Add H (Historic Overlay) zoning to 2515 N. Central Street” by a vote of 7–0.
