An Ordinance to close an unnamed alley lying within City Block 19523 near Mynderse Avenue, bounded by a railroad line and otherwise surrounded by a single parcel of land, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners. (Requested by Engineering Department)
