Amend Northwest City Sector Plan for W. Inskip Drive properties
An Ordinance approving the request of Savannah Reyes-Dixon for an amendment to the Northwest City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for four properties located at 0, 308, 314, and 0 W. Inskip Drive, leaving all special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 15-0 Consent) (File No. 7-B-25-SP) (Council District 5) (Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning)
