Accept proposal from Midwest Casualty Company for excess workers' comp

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a proposal from Midwest Casualty Company to provide excess workers' compensation insurance coverage for City of Knoxville employees and K-Trans Management, Inc. employees for a two-year period at a premium not to exceed a corresponding percentage of annual payroll, currently estimated to be $209,708.00. (Requested by Employee Benefits and Risk Management Department)
