A Resolution approving the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to Rocky Hill Liquors, LLC d/b/a Warehouse Liquors relative to its application to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a license to operate a liquor store in the City. (Requested by Finance Department)
