Allow beer permitholders to obtain 'Patio Use Agreements'

An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville Amending Section 4-58(G) of Chapter 4 of the Knoxville City Code so as to allow for beer permitholders throughout the City to apply for and obtain “Patio Use Agreements” for parts of the public right-of-way contiguous to their permitted establishment under specified criteria established by the City. (Requested by Operations)

On August 19, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Allow beer permitholders to obtain 'Patio Use Agreements'” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0
