An Ordinance approving the request of Heyoh Architecture for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use-Special District 17-Fort Sanders Neighborhood to Mixed Use-Special District 16-Fort Sanders Neighborhood for property located at 118 Twentieth Street. (Planning Commission Approved 13-2) (File No. 7-E-25-SP) (Council District 1) (Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning)

On August 19, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Central City Sector Plan for 118 Twentieth Street” by a vote of 9–0.
