Ordinance to remove City blasting permit requirement due to state jurisdiction

An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville Amending Sections 11-1 and 11-2 of Chapter 11 of the Knoxville City Code, so as to remove the requirement for individuals to apply for and receive a City blasting permit as the state has sole jurisdiction for issuance of said permits. (Requested by Fire Department)
