Resolution to enter into Purchase and Development Agreement with Emerald Youth Foundation

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Purchase and Development Agreement with Emerald Youth Foundation for the development of certain real property located on the south side of Magnolia Avenue bounded by Beaman Street, Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, and Alice Street in order to serve youth and families throughout east Knoxville and the broader community by providing educational enrichment, sports, wellness and other activities. (Requested by Administration)
