A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept an extension of a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) in the amount of $832,125.00 to Knoxville Area Transit for fiscal year 2021 for Formula Urbanized Area Transit Grant Assistance (Section 5307) for mass transportation in urbanized areas. (Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
