Establish electronic participation in council meetings
An Ordinance amending Chapter 7.5 of the Knoxville City Code, Article II (Rules of Procedure) by adding Section 7.5-88- Rule 27: Electronic Participation, whereby establishing the ability to allow councilmembers to participate in meetings by electronic means under specific circumstances.
