An Ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article IV, Division 3, Sec. 26-410 (a)(2)(i) of the Knoxville City Code increasing maximum wrecker rotation fee for class A vehicles not involved in a collision towed to a city lot at the direction of a police officer.
