An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 17, Article II, Division 3, Section 17-72(c), to clarify the classification of late fees for parking violations. (Requested by Policy)

On November 11, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Clarify classification of late fees for parking violations” by a vote of 9–0.
