Award up to $1.5M from Affordable Rental Dev Fund to Beaman Lake II, LP.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to Beaman Lake II, LP, for the development of 30 affordable rental housing to be located at 1213 Beaman Lake Road (Parcel ID No. 083HA-010.00) as more specifically described herein. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
