A Resolution authorizing acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a fee simple interest in certain property located at 3910 Carnation Drive (Parcel ID No. 093-EB-007), believed to be owned by Joanne Bruce, deceased, at an estimated cost of $36,000.00, as recommended by the Abandoned, Blighted, and Vacant Properties Committee. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
