A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Contract with Calyptus Consulting Group, Inc. to provide professional consulting services to Knoxville Area Transit in order to perform a Title VI program review in an amount not to exceed $60,140.00. (Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
