A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to DGA St. Mary’s LP for the development of 67 affordable rental housing units to be located at 1880 Huron Street (Parcel ID No. 081 EH 006 and 0081 EH 01604), as more specifically described herein (Council District 5). (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
