Resolution to apply for and accept Byrne Discretionary Grant award

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documentation necessary to apply for and accept FY2026 Discretionary Community Projects Grant/Byrne Discretionary Grant award, in the amount of $675,000.00, with no required local match, from the U. S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, to support the Tennessee ICAC Task Force, to be used for expenses such as training, equipment, and software for the enhancement of Child Exploitation Investigation Support. (Requested by Police Department)
