Acquire property for traffic signal pole at Maynardville Pike and Foley Drive
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple and for a temporary construction easement by negotiated purchase, or condemnation if necessary, within certain real property located at 6540 Maynardville Pike for a total amount not to exceed $5,000.00 to install a new traffic signal pole at the intersection of Maynardville Pike and Foley Drive. (Council District 4) (Requested by Engineering Department)
