A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with SEEED, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding to support the Home Repairs and Weatherization Program. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
