A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an MOU for Appropriations to a Nonprofit with Appalachian Mountain Bike Club for professional natural surface trail maintenance services at select parks within the City to ensure proper, routine maintenance of the City's natural surface trails for an annual amount not to exceed $200,000.00. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
