Authorize IDB to negotiate PILOT payments for Patton/Georgia streets
A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from WP SOUTH ACQUISITIONS, L.L.C., or an affiliate thereof, payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes ("PILOT") with respect to certain real property located at 222 Patton Street, 0 Patton Street, 410 Georgia Street and 400 Georgia Street (Parcel ID Numbers 095HC018, 095HC021, 095HC017, and 095HC016), in the City of Knoxville, Tennessee and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Board as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 7-53-305 (Council District 6).
