Close unnamed alley at 116 Heins Street

An Ordinance to close an unnamed alley within City Block 09248 at 116 Heins Street, Tax ID 094LA021, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners (Council District 6). (Requested by Engineering Department)

On August 18, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close unnamed alley at 116 Heins Street” by a vote of 7–0.
