Clarify accessory uses in Office Park district
Article 9. Uses. Inserting an asterisks next to the Permitted Use (P) in the column for Office Park for Eating and Drinking Establishment, Personal Service Establishment, and Retail Goods Establishment; and that the P with the asterisks would state at the bottom of each page “This indicates an accessory use, not a principal use.”
On May 30, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Clarify accessory uses in Office Park district”.
