Article 9. Uses. Striking Principal Use (P) from the Office Park (OP) District column for Eating and Drinking Establishment, Personal Service Establishment, and Retail Goods Establishment in Section 9.2 Use Matrix Table 9-1 on pages 9-3 and 9-5, respectively.

On May 30, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Strike Principal Use for Food Estab., Personal Service, Retail in OP” by a vote of 8–1.
