Amend agreement with Chevin Fleet Solutions for Fleetwave software upgrades

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a First Amendment to an agreement with Chevin Fleet Solutions for the provision of upgrades to the Fleetwave software used by the Fleet Services Department, increasing the amount of the initial setup cost by $19,671.50 for a new total initial setup amount not to exceed $40,271.50, with the ongoing annual cost not to exceed $42,492.00 remaining unchanged.
