Agreement with TBI for Internet Crimes Against Children conference grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to support the Tennessee Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force by coordinating one annual training conference, pursuant to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Criminal Justice Programs, in an annual amount not to exceed $130,000.00, with an option to renew the agreement for two additional one-year periods upon written agreement by the parties.
