Apply for TDOT grant for an Intelligent Transportation System

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept an IMPROVE grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $1,608,000.00, with a required City match of up to $402,000.00, for a total grant amount of $2,010,000.00 to implement a comprehensive Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) to consolidate four unintegrated software programs.
