Request Planning Commission recommendation on NC or H Overlay for parcels near Agnes Rd
A Resolution respectfully requesting the Knoxville Knox County Planning consider and make a recommendation to the Knoxville City Council and The Historic Zoning Commission regarding the possible addition of a Conservation (NC) or Historic (H) Overlay to the residential parcels generally described as south of Echo Drive, east and south of Grandview Drive, west of Lyons View Pike, north of Oak Grove Lane, and east of and fronting Agnes Road (see included exhibits A and B for specific boundaries) as well as Parcel IDs 121CA031, 121CA030, and 107NG001 (Council District 2). (Requested by Councilmember Honeycutt)
