A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Employee Network, Inc. to provide an Employee Assistance Program through its Bree Health solution to City of Knoxville employees, as well as retirees covered under the city's medical insurance, and Knoxville Area Transit employees and their dependents for an approximate annual cost of $110,000.00. (Requested by Employee Benefits and Risk Management Department)
