Ordinance to reconstitute the Audit Committee

An Ordinance amending Chapter 7.5, Article 1, Section 7.5-66 - Rule 5 of the Knoxville City Code to reconstitute the Audit Committee pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 9-3-405. (Requested by Vice-Mayor Fugate and Councilmembers Grant, Lloyd, and Helsley)

On September 29, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to reconstitute the Audit Committee” by a vote of 8–0.

Unanimous Adopted 8-0-0-1
