An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $23,800 from Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to community agencies and organizations as set forth in the attachment. (Requested by Councilmembers Adams, Honeycutt, DeBardelaben, Thomas, Grant, and Helsley)
