Award Empower Knox Youth Mental Health grants to community organizations

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents to award a total amount not to exceed $60,000.00 in Empower Knox Youth Mental Health grants to provide support and programming for youth and young adults to six community-based organizations in the City. (Requested by Office of Community Safety and Empowerment)

On January 20, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council deferred “Award Empower Knox Youth Mental Health grants to community organizations” to a later meeting.
