A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Salvation Army, Knoxville Area Command, to provide an amount not to exceed $205,000.00 in Homeless General Funds to fund critical plumbing repairs and improvements to the Joy Baker Center and Hope Manor.
