Apply for ARISE grant to improve two city parks

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant in an amount up to $710,857.00 from the Appalachian Regional Initiative for Stronger Economies (ARISE) in order to make improvements to Gov. Ned McWherter Park and Suttree Landing Park. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
