Apply for RTP grant to add a bike skills course at Holston River Park

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant in an amount up to $400,000.00 from the State of Tennessee Recreation Trails Program (RTP), with a City match of $100,000.00, to add a bike skills course at Holston River Park. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
