A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Whaley Construction, LLC for the 2024 Sidewalk Replacement Project, increasing the contract amount by $62,685.60 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $1,055,180.60 and extending the date of completion to February 28, 2026. (Requested by Engineering Department)
