Apply for up to $300,000 state grant for fire department rescue equipment

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the State of Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance in an amount up to $300,000.00 to purchase personal protective equipment, trauma medical kits, and essential rescue equipment for the Knoxville Fire Department Special Operations and Technical Rescue teams as part of the State's Rescue Squad Grant Program. (Requested by Fire Department)
